9" Vegetable Shredder / Grater Plate Holder Disc Review
This item is a 9 cast aluminum shredder grater plate holder disc with a brass bushing. It can be used with item 915VS9 vegetable slicer attachment to convert it from a cutter to a grater shredder. NSF listed. This plate holder disk is for use with any of the 9 shredding or grating disks which are sold separately. This attachment can be used with Hobart and other mixers meat choppers food cutters and power drives with a 12 power take off hub. VS-12DH
